Screenings in 2019

February

We started 2019 with a special screening of the Buster Keaton classic silent movie ‘The General’, featuring a live piano accompliament from none other than Neil Brand. A wonderful evening.

March

Our first convention screening of 2019 featured ‘Blackkklansman’, ‘Big Bad Fox and Other Tales’ and ‘The Big Sleep’.

May

May saw us screen ‘Widows’, ‘Mary Poppins Returns’ and ‘His Girl Friday’.

June

June saw us screen ‘Can You Ever Forgive Me?’, ‘The Lego Movie 2’ and ‘Stan and Ollie’.

September

In September, we screened the Oscar nominated ‘Missing Link’, ‘Wild Rose’ and ‘Roman Holiday’.

October

October saw us screen ‘If Beale Street Could Talk’, the ever popular ‘Toy Story 4’ and ‘Strangers on a Train’.

Stephan James as Fonny and KiKi Layne as Tish star in Barry Jenkins’ IF BEALE STREET COULD TALK, an Annapurna Pictures release.

November

In November, we presented ‘Booksmart’, ‘The Secret Life of Pets 2’ and ‘Seven Brides for Seven Brothers’.

December

For our final screenings of 2019, we presented ‘The Grinch’ and ‘Rocketman’.
